Adani Infrastructure: Bimal Dayal, the head of Adani Energy Solutions’ transmission business, has been named CEO of Adani Infrastructure India. According to PTI, this decision has been approved by AESL’s board of directors.

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) stated in an official statement that Dayal will oversee the implementation of Adani Infrastructure India’s pipeline of infrastructure projects in thermal, renewable energy, and green hydrogen.

With this transition at the executive level, the company portfolio of companies has marked a notable advancement in their commitment to accelerate the growth of the infrastructure business, targeting an ambitious annual rate exceeding 15 percent, stated the company.

The portfolio has recently disclosed its strategy to inject more than ₹7 lakh crore in the next decade, aiming to solidify its dominant position as the leading infrastructure entity in India, the statement elaborated.

According to PTI, the ambitious expansion of the transmission, distribution, and smart meter segments will be spearheaded by the current AESL management team, which is headed by Managing Director Anil Sardana and Kandarp Patel, who has been assigned responsibility for all AESL verticals.

The statement went on to say that the purpose of the leadership changes is to facilitate the business growth of Adani Infrastructure.

As a member of the Adani group, AESL is a multifaceted company that offers cooling solutions, smart metering, power transmission, and distribution. The total length of its transmission network is 20,000 circuit kilometers.

AESL wants to be the top smart metering integrator in India with a focus on smart metering.

The company’s integrated offerings, which include the extension of its distribution network via parallel licenses, demonstrate its dedication to changing the energy landscape in a way that is dependable, reasonably priced, and environmentally friendly.

Building on their successful track record of completed projects, these strategic leadership changes position Adani Infrastructure and AESL to make significant contributions to the global energy and infrastructure sectors.
