The initial public offering had a positive reaction throughout the first two days of its launch, with 6.97 times subscribed on day two. The IPO is valued at ₹224 crore and consists of a fresh issue of 8,00,00,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹1, with no offer-for-sale component included. The allocation for the public issue is structured such that not more than 50% of the shares are reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), at least 15% for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and a minimum of 35% for retail investors.

The price band for the IPO has been set at ₹26 to ₹28 per equity share, with a face value of ₹1. The lot size is 535 equity shares, and investors can subscribe in multiples of 535 equity shares thereafter.

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds from the IPO for various purposes including general corporate needs, investment in Ento Proteins Private Limited, and meeting working capital requirements.
